I find that whilst on holidays, travelling away from my normal environment, I get an opportunity to reflect and recharge. My recent trip to Japan got me thinking about the contradictions of life. It reminded me that consumers are not predictable variables in a mathematical equation; they are people. They are the beautiful consumers of paradox and contradiction.
