The sad and shocking death of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has brought many people to think about Japan and its people recently and that has been true for us at Literally Brilliant.
This brought to mind an article written by Michael Neale after he first visited Japan with his family on holiday in 2017. He made subsequent business trips pre-pandemic and was spellbound. It is a country that always provokes deep thinking and fresh learning for him. He wrote this article shortly after returning from his first visit.
