Travelling on the London Underground one day, our MD stumbled on one of the most important marketing lessons of his life. He recently published a paper on the experience called “Secret to Success Found in London Underground”.

Our Principal Consultant and Managing Director, Michael Neale, was travelling from one location in London to his next meeting making three changes on the way. On reaching his destination, he was just a comfortable walk from where he started. He asked himself why he trusted the London Underground with such blind faith and the answer forms a key to what he tells his clients today about being constant and consistent with their brands.
